When Leonard Cohen sings these words, the Tower of Song is a metaphor for the inspiration that flows between songwriters, each toiling away in their own rooms within the tower, but connected by their shared work. Moved by this concept of an ongoing conversation between songwriters, two celebrated BC singer-songwriters, Oliver Swain and Glenna Garramone, have collaborated to produce a project that is as much a dialogue through song as it is a tribute. Through �reimagining� the works of Cohen, the duo have crafted a sound that proves to resonate with both long-time Cohen fans as well as a younger audience that is less familiar with Cohen�s work.
