VIU ElderCollege: Wildflowers And Local Plant Communities
add to outlook add to google calendar remind me
Do you enjoy wildflowers? Curious about them and their plant neighbours? Does exploring our local "wild gardens" sound like fun? Join us for an introductory classroom session followed by three field trip sessions to local wildflower plant communities: a freshwater wetland, a forest area, and the Garry Oak Habitat at Piper's Lagoon. Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the field trip sites and should be prepared for walking trails - sturdy shoes, appropriate clothing, water, etc.
Parksville/Qualicum campus. Course ID: ELDS 008.
