VIU Pad Thai Earthquake Relief Fundraiser

Bring your take-away containers from home and support the Canadian Red Cross and the people of Nepal in their recovery efforts following the treacherous earthquake on April 25.
The staff at VIU’s Culinary Program and Food Services wants to do their bit to help, and they're inviting everyone to join them in their efforts to raise funds for the Canadian Red Cross in a fun food fundraiser.
They're making a simple and delicious meal that you can enjoy as a late lunch, or package up for dinner in your own take-away containers. (They've got containers for 50 cents each, but encourage you to bring your own!) -
- Vegetarian Pad Thai -- $10 -- Spring Roll -- $1 -- French Fries -- $2 -- Assorted Jarred Pickles -- $2

Every dollar raised will be matched by the Canadian government. Honey Barclay (Food Services) and Josephine Chong (Culinary Programs) are inspired members of our Culinary and Food Services Team and want you to join them in making a difference for the victims of the Nepal tragedy and to enjoy making your donation.
